Jarrett ShalhoopPh.D. is a senior consultant in the International Consulting Practice of Hogan Assessment Systems, a worldwide leader in personality assessment for employee selection, career development, and talent management. While working with many Fortune Global 500 companies, Jarrett has designed and implemented numerous large-scale employee selection and leadership development programs across a wide range of organizational applications. As part of his specialized expertise, he has developed, validated, and evaluated multiple assessment-based solutions using validity generalization and criterion-related validation. His extensive experience also includes the creation and delivery of training programs across the globe for assessment tools, structured interviews, and assessment centers. Prior to joining Hogan Assessment Systems, Jarrett was a consultant for Jeanneret and Associates and Valtera Corporation, supporting Fortune 500 clients primarily in the United States. He is a regular contributor to multiple scientific conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology and the Association of Test Publishers, and has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. He received his B.A. in psychology from Auburn University, and was awarded his M.A and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, where his dissertation focused on the role of organizational justice in leader-member relationships.

Ryan Ross

Ryan Ross

Ryan has over 18 years of experience across a wide range of industries. He has worked in numerous practices at Hogan over the last 14 years including the selection and development practices, as well as working with Hogan’s strategic alliances and partners around the world. Ryan has developed and implemented large scale, multi-level selection programs domestically and internationally, consulted with organizations on selecting people into new jobs, and on the use of personality based and future oriented job analysis. Ryan also has vast experience in validating and defending the use of personality assessments in the pre-employment context. Ryan’s experience also encompasses leadership development, talent management, and succession planning projects. Considered an expert on leadership derailment and the use of assessments to help identify potential points of failure in current and future leaders, Ryan frequently speaks at conferences and invited sessions on the topic of Strategic Self Awareness. Practically, Ryan has experience integrating Hogan’s tools into various development programs at all levels of the organization, including the integration of data into larger development and succession planning processes. Ryan received a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Baylor University and a Masters in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. Prior to joining Hogan Ryan served as a clinical director for a private practice, as Personnel Director for Belmont Construction and as a case worker for the Texas Department of Corrections. Ryan is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, and the past Chair of the Association of Test Publishers I/O Division.

Dr. Ken Harmon has served as dean of Kennesaw State University, Atlanta, Georgia- USA, Coles College of Business, the second largest business school in Georgia, since July 2009 and is currently serving as Provost and Vice President for KSU. Harmon, the Dinos Eminent Scholar Chair of Entrepreneurial Management and a professor of accounting, has served on the faculty of seven business schools across the United States and has held administrative appointments at five of those institutions. A native of Memphis, Harmon holds a doctorate in accounting from the University of Tennessee.  He also has received certificates from the Center for Creative Leadership, Leadership Cobb, and Dale Carnegie courses in human relations and public speaking.  His areas of expertise include leadership, corporate culture, information systems, and strategy.  He previously was an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers, was president of his own software company, and has served as a consultant to numerous companies and universities. Harmon has been a journal editor, authored numerous publications and served on 10 editorial boards.  He also currently sits on advisory boards at academic institutions in India and Turkey and is a board member at the Henssler Financial Group.

Mr. Bog has contributed to the development of the Romanian businesses of significant multinational organizations such as R.J.Reynolds Tobacco (presently JTI), DHL International, The Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone and Microsoft. With Coca-Cola Eurasia Group between 1997-2009, Mr. Bog has enriched his career internationally as Director of Talent and Organizational Development and Director of the Coca-Cola University for 43 countries grouped in several geographies such as Balkans, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Eurasia and India Region. Amongst his professional achievements, worth mentioning would be the design and management of compensation and benefits strategies in a multitude of countries ranging from stable to hyperinflationary in diverse legal environments, design and implementation of a Total Compensation Policy Frame for 21 countries, handling complex top management recruitment and selection projects covering 4 continents, and building the Organizational Capability Development function for a group of 37 countries and the design and implementation of The Coca-Cola University for Eurasia Group, consisting of 43 countries, in The Coca-Cola Company.Mr. Bog is currently the HR Director of Microsoft Romania since July of this year.

Adela s-a alaturat echipei BRD din octombrie 2003 si are experienta in management in diverse domenii de activitate, printre care: resurse umane, vanzari, marketing, comunicare, business development si logistica. In perioada 2003-2008, ea a ocupat  timp de 5 ani pozitia de Secretar General al BRD – Groupe Société Générale, coordonand relatia cu actionariatul companiei ,cadrul normativ intern , divizia de comunicare interna si externa, CSR, cea de calitate, administrarea investitiilor  pe termen lung ale bancii, strategia de asigurari din cadrul BRD si nu numai. In 2008, o data cu preluarea departamentului de Resurse Umane, Adela a coordonat tranzitia de la perioada de dezvoltare la noul context economic, aliniind toate politicile si procesele la noua strategia de business a companiei, folosindu-se de experienta anterioara din diferite industrii: servicii, telecomunicatii, logistica, hotelarie si banking. Sergiu Negut graduated both from the Polytechnics University in Bucharest and ASE and finalized the INSEAD (France) MBA program. Starting with 1994 he worked in steel trading industry, optimizing purchasing costs for large steel users in the region. After the INSEAD experience, he entered the Pharma / biotech industry, coordinating from Austria and Switzerland the expansion project in CEE for the Amgen Inc giant.  In 2006 he returned in Romania and till recently occupied the chair of Executive Director of Regina Maria/CMU, coordinating a constantly growing team and a medical business which developed into the largest private medical services network. Currently he is consultant and entrepreneur, owning a series of business investments at the beginning of the road.
