Jarrett Shalhoop, Ph.D. is a senior consultant in the International Consulting Practice of Hogan Assessment Systems, a worldwide leader in personality assessment for employee selection, career development, and talent management. While working with many Fortune Global 500 companies, Jarrett has designed and implemented numerous large-scale employee selection and leadership development programs across a wide range of organizational applications. As part of his specialized expertise, he has developed, validated, and evaluated multiple assessment-based solutions using validity generalization and criterion-related validation. His extensive experience also includes the creation and delivery of training programs across the globe for assessment tools, structured interviews, and assessment centers. Prior to joining Hogan Assessment Systems, Jarrett was a consultant for Jeanneret and Associates and Valtera Corporation, supporting Fortune 500 clients primarily in the United States. He is a regular contributor to multiple scientific conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organization Psychology and the Association of Test Publishers, and has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology. He received his B.A. in psychology from Auburn University, and was awarded his M.A and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron, where his dissertation focused on the role of organizational justice in leader-member relationships.
