Madalina Balan, Managing Partner, Hart Consulting
With over 13 years consultancy and training experience, Madalina is specialized in organizational psychology, being a psychologist by formation, she is a senior consultant and the managing partner for Hart Consulting.
Madalina is a certified trainer in Hogan Assessments, having trained over 350 professionals, such as HR managers or consultants, over the last 12 years, in the local market. As the founder and managing partner of Hart Consulting, she has consulted on numerous projects on talent management, selection and leadership development for various local and multinational organizations.
The mission of Hart Consulting is to be the 1st option for managers and leaders when making high-impact decisions about human capital and how it impacts profitability, whether the processes are related to selection, promotion, succession, team diagnosis, leadership development, cultural diagnosis or performance management.

Christophe Weller, CEO & Founder, Corporate Office Solutions
Established in January 1998, Corporate Office Solutions (COS) is the local authorized dealer of STEELCASE and INTERFACE. Since its foundation, COS has continuously developed its range of services, becoming the first fully integrated office design & build specialist in Romania.
Based in Bucharest and with two other offices in Cluj and Timisoara, COS is part of Office Solutions Group, the Steelcase dealer also present in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Kazakhstan (3 offices) and Minsk.
Christophe started his career as a Steelcase Country Manager Assistant in Saudi Arabia in 1992 and 1993, before joining the dealer RHE Al Jeraisy as sales representative in 1994 and 1995. Between 1995 and 1997, Christophe was Sales Manager for TOI / Vitalis Moscow, also a Steelcase dealer. In January 1998, Christophe founded Corporate Office Solutions in Bucharest, a company that he still runs successfully for more than 20 years.
Oana Preda, Head of Customer Experience, UniCredit Bank
Oana Preda joined UniCredit Bank in July 2008, as HR Business Partner for several divisions. Starting with March 2014, she coordinated the activities within HR Competence Center and HR Shared Service Center, until November 2016 when she chose to accept a new challenge: to set up the Customer Experience unit.
Beside a strong experience of more than 10 years in Human Resources, Oana also participated in our Group projects as part of cross functional, international teams.
Alina Robescu, Head of HR Business Partners, UniCredit Bank
Alina Robescu is Head of HR Business Partners within UniCredit Bank in Romania, coordinating the HR Business Partners team with the objective of ensuring consistency of people management approach across the bank and efficient implementation of HR initiatives. She has more than 11 years of experience in UniCredit Bank in the HR area, where she was in charge of important learning and development projects, leading HR expertise centres and being HR Business Partner for several divisions and UniCredit Leasing.
