Dan has an engineering degree and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Washington, delivered in Romania. In addition to his academic credentials, he has attended numerous training programs in throughout Europe and the US on the topics of finance, organization development, restructuring, and coaching. Dan has been teaching Management at the Technical University of Iasi, 1990-2000, and has worked directly on restructuring and managing Romanian companies in the finance, food products, textile, and construction industries since 1997. In the process he has become expert in managing large change processes, using ARL principles as a powerful tool. As a big-picture thinker, Dan’s expertise and experience includes the sensitivity and ability to develop and motivate high performing teams, and to coach executives in transition. His passions include designing and implementing complex change programs, coaching individuals and teams, travel, and knowing people from different cultures.
