With a BA in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a PGD in Personnel Management from the Middlesex University, UK, Mr. Bog has started his career in Human Resources in 1993 after a successful career in sales. Mr. Bog has contributed to the development of the Romanian businesses of significant multinational organizations such as R.J.Reynolds Tobacco (presently JTI), DHL International, The Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone and Microsoft. With Coca-Cola Eurasia Group between 1997-2009, Mr. Bog has enriched his career internationally as Director of Talent and Organizational Development and Director of the Coca-Cola University for 43 countries grouped in several geographies such as Balkans, Former Soviet Union, Middle East, Eurasia and India Region. Amongst his professional achievements, worth mentioning would be the design and management of compensation and benefits strategies in a multitude of countries ranging from stable to hyperinflationary in diverse legal environments, design and implementation of a Total Compensation Policy Frame for 21 countries, handling complex top management recruitment and selection projects covering 4 continents, and building the Organizational Capability Development function for a group of 37 countries and the design and implementation of The Coca-Cola University for Eurasia Group, consisting of 43 countries, in The Coca-Cola Company.Mr. Bog is currently the HR Director of Microsoft Romania since July of this year.
