She was impressed by the workshop.

Silvia Manea: She highly appreciates the workshop, she considers it helps the team and each of them individually. The only thing she thinks should have done earlier is the program itself.

Rodica Verdes: It was extremely useful, it brought out issues inside the team that either they didn`t know about, or none of them used to admit. Now, all these issues are “out there” and everyone needs to take them into consideration and change something. It`s a more honest atmosphere now. The workshop was extremely customized and very interactive. She liked it very much.
