HART Consulting was our reliable partner in several assessment centers developed in 2008 with the aim to select internal candidates for career progression (promotion). The role of HART Consulting was to design and implement the assessments centers. The exercises used by HART Consulting were adapted to our specific organizational realities and needs. We have been developed and run with HART Consulting several assessment and development centers during 2007 and 2008. These projects goals were:
- Assessment of the managerial competencies for retail and corporate banking employees
- Selection for career progression (promotion)
HART Consulting used different customized exercises, adapted to each profile of competencies. HART has conducted the training for our assessors, realized the design of the assessment centers (2 structures) and conducted the assessment center sessions.
Both Assessment and Development Centers helped us to identify employee’s profile in terms of skills, abilities and working style also their managerial capabilities, strengths and actions required for personal and professional development.
The centers were professionally prepared and organized by HART also, the feedback provided by the assessors was consisted and got a more rounded view of how company’s employees perform on the job and how suitable are applicants to the roles they were assessed for. We have conducted several assessment centers having HART Consulting as partner in these projects. The goal of these projects was the selection of most suitable candidates for the following positions Promo Manager: Regional Sales Manager, Advertising Manager, Head of Technical Department, etc.
The data provided was extremely useful for selecting the best candidate according to the profile and our special requests. The exercises used in the assessments perfectly suited our needs, in order to understand both the present competencies and the development potential of the candidates. Competence, solicitude, especially flexibility and not least confidentiality, top class tools and costs closer to the market of 2009. There are things that we wanted when we chose to appeal to HART company services for the 2 assessment centers that our company has held between September - November 2009. We found these qualities in them and they were confirmed by us during a collaboration that for the company Prutul is hitting the road and we hope to continue in the future too.
The collaboration with HART took place on several levels: choosing the best tools for testing and 360 feedback assessment for managers who were included in this program. Hogan Personality Profile was a useful tool in outlining the plan on development for the participants. The exercises conducted in the assessment centers were interesting and also adapted to the skills assessed and they managed to cause the creativity, spontaneity and skills of the participants.
