Vlad Bog - About Diversity at Microsoft

Diversity is an essential element of the successful strategy of Microsoft in Romania. In an attempt to strengthen our position as the most desirable employer and the best place for diversity we have initiated a dialogue with the organization to confirm information about what differentiates within the market, how to enhance these features and how to eliminate weaknesses. The results helped us to realize that diversity requires an organizational maturity basis in order to develop the maximum potential. Hence our goal became to create a curriculum interventions which to generate the maturity. In the presentation will try to share with the audience our experiences, lessons, successes and failures that we have registered and still record them.
