Dr. Robert Hogan
Robert Hogan is a reputable psychologist, well known for his innovations in personality studies and leadership.
He is an international authority on personality who has been positively impacting the psychological community since the 1960s, having the largest and best-regarded thought-leadership in the industry and advancing the science of personality.
Dr. Hogan, who is widely known for his groundbreaking research on personality and how it translates to organizational and leadership effectiveness, was also ranked among the top five greatest personality psychologists. This group consisted of famous psychologists, such as Sigmund Freud, Hans Eysenck, Gordon Allport and Carl Jung.
In the early 80s, Dr. Hogan founded Hogan Assessments, and ever since, the company’s footprint has grown exponentially. Now Hogan Assessments is offering premium tools and services in more than 56 countries and 47 languages, serving more than half of the Fortune 500 companies.
Dr. Hogan is the author of more than 300 journal articles, chapters and books including Personality and the Fate of Organizations (2006). His recent author, co-author and editing credits also include: Personality: Theories and Applications (2008), The Handbook of Personality Psychology (1997), The Perils of Accentuating the Positive (2009) etc.

Lisa has an international background working in global companies (Nestlé, L’Oréal and Starbucks) to shape people’s behavior, leading change and enhance leadership capabilities.
Her thorough knowledge in learning and cultural aspects of organizational transformation helps her to identify key insights for desired behavioral change, while translating them into key requirements for the work environment.
Karin Vidic - EMEA Director for Consulting & Design, Steelcase
Karin Vidic has a passion in working with organizations on their transformation and innovation by unlocking the potential of their most powerful asset – their team mates. Before being the EMEA Director for Consulting + Design teams, she led the HR functions in EMEA for Steelcase.
She considers that at Steelcase, everything starts by observing the way people behave, to develop insights which are then translated into what they do. Ilinca Popescu
Ilinca has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from University College Utrecht, Netherlands, and a master’s degree from the University of Leiden.
Currently she is a Regional Sales Manager for Central Europe for Steelcase, Ilinca focuses on developing alignment with dealers’ network, by developing strategies on opportunities. She manages the performance and accountability of her team, using data driven metrics and coaching. Within Central Europe, she is also focused on growing business across brands and vertical markets.
Over her 6 years at Steelcase, she has led projects and developed partners in the Netherlands, the Baltics, the Adriatics, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece and Malta.
Alina Robescu
Alina is Head of HR Business Partners within UniCredit Bank, coordinating the HR Business Partners team with the objective of ensuring consistency of people management approach across the bank and efficient implementation of HR initiatives.
She has more than 11 years of experience in UniCredit Bank in the HR area, where she was in charge of important learning and development projects, leading HR expertise centres and being HR Business Partner for several divisions and UniCredit Leasing.
Prof. PhD. Ovidiu Dimbean-Creta
Ovidiu is a founding member of the ASEBUSS Foundation and currently the Rector of Asebuss. Ovidiu has over 18 years of experience in teaching within the ASEBUSS EMBA program and Entrepreneurial MBA program. His experience was gathered during 15 years of work in multinational renowned companies and through continuous learning in premier schools such as Harvard Business School (the Central Eastern European Teachers Program), Wharton Business School, of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a PhD in finance and insurance.

Is the CEO and founder of Corporate Office Solutions (COS), the local authorized dealer of STEELCASE and INTERFACE.
Since its foundation in 1998, COS has continuously developed its range of services, becoming the first fully integrated office design & build specialist in Romania, with offices in Bucharest, Cluj and Timisoara.
COS is part of Office Solutions Group present in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Kazakhstan and Minsk.

With 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, Zsolt has delivered numerous projects on leadership development working with C-level managers across the globe (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Russia, Belgium, Germany, UK, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Philippines, Guatemala, Brunei).
Zsolt is working with key European partners and multinational consulting companies to integrate Hogan’s solutions into current talent management and leadership development practices.
