Too often, leadership is viewed as a series of actions that individuals can learn and execute. Research, however, shows us that leadership is more a reflection of the person than just a series of actions.  Dr. Harmon will review the leadership research to reveal the psychological traits of outstanding leaders.  He then will describe how we can take specific, deliberate steps to select individuals with potential for great leadership and even help move potential leaders along a psychological scale so they can achieve maximum performance.
