Based on the Hogan Personality Inventory Profile (HPI) and the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) (personality in normal conditions and personality in stress, pressure and tiredness conditions), Hogan EQ report measures the ability of identifying, understanding and efficiently using the person’s emotions and of those surrounding him.
